Lebeau® offer vehicle glass repair and replacement services across Canada. They have over 200 service stations nationwide and also provide mobile appointments at customer's home and work places.
Lebeau required a multi-language CMS solution that would deliver information about their services and service centres as well as a complex booking application capable of assessing glass damage and offering appointments. They were also looking for a hosted solution capable of supporting high traffic volumes and a scalable infrastructure.
We chose TYPO3 as the CMS that offered the best fit for their needs. As an enterprise-ready CMS is supported language layers seamlessly, and effectively. It’s caching layer was well tested and ensures fast webpage delivery even for large sites with high volumes of users.
A key requirement for their users was the need to quickly and easily find service centres near to them and for the results to be marked on a map. To ensure ease of maintenance we built an interface to allow CMS editors to create, delete and modify service centre details such as location, opening hours, page content and additional services offered.
By deploying the site to a Cloud infrastructure, we were able to offer a highly performant site that could easily scale with use at peak time. We also deployed a CDN to ensure pages were delivered to customers from local nodes, which greatly increases load times. We continue to enjoy a long-standing relationship with Lebeau.
